What KGB Babushka is

An educational game for iPhone: short illustrated lessons on psychology, persuasion, economics, history and philosophy, set in a hidden village run by Babushka, a retired spymaster. Version 1.0 is free and has nothing to buy. You don't need to sign up: the app makes an anonymous account the first time you open it.

The village is for ages 13 and up. Babushka's chat and the Council of Legends use other companies' AI and are for adults (18 and over) only.

Contact us

We aim to reply within 3 working days and to settle the matter within 14 days. In the app, Settings → Help & contact writes to the same address.

Your account is anonymous, so an email alone doesn't tell us which account is yours. If you write about your account, include the account code shown at the bottom of Settings.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account → DELETE EVERYTHING. This erases your account and everything in it, on our servers and on your phone, and it cannot be undone. The few records kept for a while after an account is deleted, and why, are in the Privacy Policy (§11). You can also ask us by email, with your account code.

Your privacy

The Privacy Policy says what the app collects, who handles it for us, how long it is kept, and how to get a copy of your data. Everything we keep about you is in Settings → Privacy & account → Your file, and every permission switch is in Settings → Privacy & account → What Babushka may know. The rules of the game are in the Terms of Service.

Report something

A person on our team reviews every report within 24 hours. A report from the app doesn't carry your email address, so if you would like an answer, write to us as well.

If you need help right now

If you are in danger, call your local emergency number. findahelpline.com lists free, confidential helplines for nearly every country. In the United States, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
